Depending on the type of event, there may be two areas where music selection is possible. To select specific dances such as a Father/Daughter, First Dance, or songs to be played during a Mitzvah, you should refer to the Event Worksheet. For all other song selections, you'll select 'Request Music & Special Dances' from the main menu. If you selected 'Request Music & Special Dances' a screen (below) will appear for you to select general songs to play. To begin with, either select a letter to view songs by title/artist, or type a query and press [TITLE] or [ARTIST]. Now select a song from the grid. You may also use the arrows >>> <<< to change pages if there are more results than the grid can display at one time. Using the mouse, click on a song that interests you and additional information about the song will appear. Using the List Picker, add your selection to a play or do-not-play list. Your selection will either immediately appear, or a warning box will announce if you have selected too many songs for that particular list. To remove a song from a list, click on it and answer 'yes' to have the song removed. You may also make special requests for songs that you could not find, or simply instructions. Press 'ADD' under Special Requests. Return to the main help menu
